While my first job is being Dr. Mandana’s daughter, my second and arguably more important job is assisting my mom with patients and running her social media accounts, namely Instagram and Facebook!
When I’m not posting about the office’s promotions and beautiful new smiles, I am taking photos or writing for one of the many publications I am a correspondent to. I am currently studying at Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
Whenever I’m home I love coming to the office and meeting all of the new patients and seeing all of their confident smiles! I admire the work of my mother and her team and am glad that I have an opportunity to share their life-changing work with the greater Cleveland community and beyond!

ORTHODONTIC ASSISTANT
I was destined to work in orthodontics. My mother is a dental assistant, which sparked my interest at a young age. After graduating from dental school and working as an assistant, I joined Dr. Mandana's team in November. From managing patient charts and taking dental impressions, to changing out wires on braces, refitting clear aligners, and adjusting expanders, I help patients throughout their orthodontic transformation.
Dr. Mandana really listens to every patient and educates everyone on her team, which is why I love working with her. She is friendly, patient and strives to give everyone the best orthodontic experience.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my three children watching Disney movies - we're huge Disney fans! My two dogs, an Airedale and an American Eskimo, keep my family active outside but we usually escape to Disneyworld once a year. When I'm not busy with my kids or dogs, I am baking and decorating elaborate cakes for my friends and family.

TREATMENT COORDINATOR
I am the Treatment and Insurance coordinator for our office. I get the opportunity to meet and welcome new patients to the practice. I set up consultations with new patients to help them get started with and understand how our treatment process works. I also, go over all of the financial responsibilities that come with receiving orthodontic treatment. My favorite part of what I do is seeing patients enjoy their beautiful smiles.
When I am not at work you can find me exploring the outdoors. I am often camping, hiking, practicing yoga or enjoying time on my tiny farm. No matter what the adventure is I am always ready for it!

Orthodontic Assistant
I have loved Dentistry since I was a little girl. I graduated from a dental school in Venezuela in 2012, and I started working there. It did not take me much time to realize that I really like Orthodontics. In 2020, I moved to Chile where I worked in the dental world and lived until mid-2023.
I am assisting Dr. Mandana in the process of giving all the patients a beautiful smile. Joining her warm and awesome team has been a great experience so far. I always can feel the friendly environment that the clinic has. As I can feel it, I believe that the patients can feel the same way.
When I am not working, I am studying and enjoying my family. We like to spend time together going to the gym, playing some games like ping pong and basketball, watching TV, and playing with our cat Dexter and our dog Tina.

Clinical Orthodontic Assistant
Hey Everyone! My name is Morgan and I have been working in Orthodontics since 2020, I received my RDA from ECPI Univeristy in Richmond, VA.
I love working in ortho because I love seeing people's confidence change and watching patients show their true smile. Here at Dr Mandana's office you can find me working in the back on patients or sometimes up front signing you in for your appointment! I look forward to assisting you in reaching your smile goals!
In my free time I love spending time with my boyfriend and our daughter Eliana who was born late 2023. We like to go on walks, watch movies, and just spend time together!
